The Administrative Court of Appeal has only seven judges to review the
administrative cases of six Courts of First Degrees in the entire
country. While judges review 80 cases a week, the situation gets worse.
After a blockage of one year, 10 assistant judges are now helping..
“From 11.00 cases we have completed 4000. We need more judges. The High Council of Justice has delegated some judges, but this is not a solution”,. Decalred Leonard Strataj, Chancellor of the Administrative Court of Appeal.
The Ministry of Justice is trying to change the law for the Administrative Court, which might bring another debate among politics.
The document owned by Top Channel foresees the establishing of two other administrative courts of appeal.
