Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future
The position of the Albanian people pro European integration has not
changed, regardless of the economic situation that the Union is
experiencing.
This is shown in a recent poll supported by the European Commission, where 85% of 1200 people that have been asked, think that they would vote in favor of European Union membership.
6% of them are against, and they see the European crisis as a disadvantage, together with the price increase in our country.
Alba Cela, Director of the European Program, said that the novelty of this poll are questions of economic character, where 73% of the interviewed people believe that the country’s economy profits from integration developments in the European Union, but 40% are against replacing Albanian Lek with Euro.
