During a domestic conflict for unknown reasons, the son physically hit the father, while the latter took his hunting gun and injured him in the village of Stropcka in Pogradec.
Sources from the hospital indicate that the injured is now to leave for the Tirana hospital due to his serious condition. The police are on the crime scene for a full clarification of the circumstances.
According to the police, this afternoon the citizen with the initials P.Sh, 47 years old, in a drunken state attacked his father, A. Sh., 83 years old.
The 83-year-old man was then reported to have taken his hunting gun and injured his son, citizen P. Sh, who has already been transported to the hospital for medical assistance.
The services of the Pogradec Police Station have escorted the 83-year-old to the Police Station for further action.
Also, the Police services have blocked and seized as material evidence the shotgun with which the 83-year-old is suspected of having wounded his son.
The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office is working on the complete clarification of the circumstances and the legal documentation of this event.
