Albanian fishermen were arrested by the Montenegro Border Police while fishing 150 meters inside Montenegrin waters.
The fishermen from 16 to 24 years of age were accompanied by a 53 year old, all of them from Bajza.
The Montenegrin Police explained that they were arrested in Montenegrin territory with four fishing boats and a considerable number of fishing nets.
They were arrested since hunting is forbidden in Montenegro after April 1st, due to the breeding season, while the Albanian fishermen enter their waters since they are richer with fishes.
The border between the two countries has no border signs, and the fishermen often enter the montenegrin territory, risking to get fined.
The Albanian authorities were notified only by the relatives of the arrested fishermen.
