70 trucks blocked in Bari by travel companies, due to heavy ferry traffic between Italy and Albania

Dozens of transportation trucks have been blocked at the Bari port, due to the high flux of Albanian travelers to Italy.
Ticket agencies and sea travel companies, focused on families traveling between Italy and Albania for the tourist season, don’t give tickets to trucks due to the big space they occupy, lowering their profits.
Concerned by this situation, truck drivers have contacted the Albanian consulate in Bari, but have not received any response so far. For this reason they contacted media outlets to raise awareness about their trucks which carry mostly raw materials for manufacturers in Albania.
