Nikolle Jakaj has been protesting against the Tirana Prosecution for not
having a clear and detailed report about the death of his wife and
mother in hospital.
The 66-year-old says that the prosecution has neglected his case and has not found the doctors who are responsible for her death. His threats made the Prosecution ask the police to take him under custody.
“They need to investigate this case. It has been more than one year and a half that they play with me. I told them why my wife died and they brought police forces. They can do everything they want to me, but I don’t want to startle their luxury. All I want is knowing why my wife died”, Jakaj declared.
The family made a report after suspecting that she had died because of careless medication. But the legal doctors declared that the woman had died of natural causes and that she had received the right cure.
They said that if she had found out about the disease on time, she might have been saved. This expertise is made on this way so that the case can be closed.
