Prime Ministers of the Western Balkans released a joint statement after the Vienna Summit ended today, with parts concentrated in a mutual student exchange program.
They agreed to take common actions in order to build communication bridges between youth, as an important aspect of the European integration process, thus promoting European values. They also agreed to follow the best European practices and examples in order to resolve past conflicts consequences, like The Franco-German Youth Office.
Western Balkans countries will work to create a Regional Office for Youth Cooperation until March 2016 that will work to coordinate regional cooperation and youth encouragement to distance from phenomena like racism, xenophobia, hate language and ethnic, religious or lingual discrimination.
Countries also agreed to help establish a platform for a professional knowledge school in fields such as IT, infrastructure and energy.
