5 former Rrashbull commune employees found guilty

The Durres Court has declared guilty five former Rrashbull commune
officials, accused of power abuse with construction permits in the
Shkembi i Kavajes area, while one of them was found not guilty.

The Court sentenced Viktor Ndreka to 1 year in prison, Vasil Gjoni to 10 months in prison, and Sabri Troci to 8 months in prison.

They will be unable to work in a public institution for at least two years.

Erifli Theohari and Fatjon Aliaj were sentenced to 16 and 10 months in prison, bt the execution of this sentence was suspended for two years.

The Court found Nevjana Isufi not guilty, while Hysen Gashi, the head of the Rrashbull Commune, will be tried normally.

All these persons have given construction permits in a sandy area close to the beach, where it is completely banned.
