The governments of Kosovo and Albania will gather in Vlore, during the November 28th celebrations, to sign four agreements.
According to the agenda, the government’s meeting will start at 16:00, on November 27th, at the House of the Albanian flag. The agreements will be signed at 17:00.
The respective Prime Minsiters of both countries will hold a joint press conference which will be concluded with an official dinner.
On November 28th, at 12:30, the official logo for the Year of Skanderbeg will be announced, and there will be another speech from both Prime Ministers.
