350.000 Ottoman documents for past 500 years, made available for Albania by Turkey

350.000 documents from the 500 years that Albania was under the Ottoman regime, now in Istanbul, will be made available for Albania within this year.

The first documents that have arrived show the promotion of Ali Pashe Tepelena, during the Ottoman regime.

Most of these documents, which also include property titles, belong to the National Renaissance Period, and were donated by the Central Ottoman Archive in Istanbul.
