As almost 6 months have passed since the disappearance without a trace of the much-wanted criminal suspect Ervis Marinaj, the court against organized crime has signed the request of the SPAK prosecution for the seizure of about 34 assets of Martinaj and his family members, mainly in Fushëkuqe, Patok and Lezhë in the northin the capital Tirana.
Among the assets seized as part of the investigation is a casino owned by Ervis Marinaj as well as companies and other entities owned by his family members, or properties partly owned by Martinaj. Were also seized 5 vehicles, plots of land, olive groves, as well as apartments and bank accounts, which are suspected to have been created from money received from the criminal activity of the missing suspect.
The seizure order signed by the head of SPAK prosecution, Altin Dumani, prosecutor Behar Dibra and prosecutor Enkeleda Millonai, began to be implemented this Wednesday morning.
