The Durres Police has seized a considerable amount of explosive at the
Fushe Kruje area, and arrested five people for smuggling explosive
substances. Three of the suspects have criminal records.
The operation was finalized after two months of cooperation between the Durres Traffic and Narcotics Sector with the Prosecution of Serious Crimes.
Police says some of these suspects might be involved in others explosions around Fushe-Kruje. The Durres Police announced the arrest of the citizens:
Astrit Zguri, 38, born and resident in Larushk, Krujë, formerly convicted for murder;
Ylli Zalla, 38, born and resident in Zalle, formerly convicted for several crimes;
Bedri Murati, 40 vjeç, born and resident in Noje, Krujë, formerly convicted for traffic of narcotics;
Fatjon Caca, 31, born and resident in Nikel, and Az, 17, born and resident in Larushk.
The police seized 30 kg of dynamite, 2 kg of c4.
