200 police officers resign to avoid Vetting Process

Although the deadline is about to expire, a large number of police officers have not filed their applications for the police vetting law.
For this reason, the Ministry of Interior decided to keep the offices open even during the weekend, while they say they will tolerate human errors.
“We are aware that someone might write a number wrong. No one should stress about it. Whoever has done informal jobs as an emigrant abroad must declare their true circumstances”, said Julian Hodaj, Deputy Minister of Interior.
200 police officers have already resigned, trying to avoid the Vetting process.
