200 Kurum workers protest after being let go

The Turkish steel producing company “Kurum” has let go more than 200
employees, claiming that there are no sales and that the company is
facing difficulties.
The workers protested and asked the government to take measures. Workers who have been injured while working for this company also joined the protest.
The leaders of the company have not hesitated to fire them, despite the negotiations of the Union at the Ministry of Labor.
