The Cadastre offices of the district of Vlora are seen every day filled with many citizens, who hope that they will get a solution for their property title confirmation.
But for years they have received no solution. At the counters you see mostly elderly people with documents in their hands who have been wandering in these offices for years.
“I have been here for almost 20 years and I am not getting any answer”, says a gentleman, who comes every week but with no success.
The elderly have health consequences from staying here for days in a row, but the situation is also torturous for mothers with children.
Many of them hide the camera for fear that if they speak the employees will take revenge by extending their exhaustion, but in conversations we learn that the main reasons for problems in properties or land are overlapping properties or cases with two or more owners.
There are numerous complaints about lands in coastal areas of which the complainants say there are widespread forgeries.
