A day after the grave accident that on the Lushnjë-Fier road axis, where a 77-year-old patient died from the collision of the ambulance with a truck and 3 others were injured, the police have arrested the 2 drivers for the criminal offense of breaking traffic rules.
54-year-old ambulance driver Flori Rami, was arrested after driving in the wrong lane, as was 31-year-old truck driver Leonard Gjini, after making a wrong maneuver on the road.
The wrong behavior of drivers was the biggest cause of accidents that occurred during the month of August in Albania.
During the month of August in various road axes of the country, was noticed an increase in road traffic, which also influenced the increase in the number of accidents.
