The big earthquake of November 26th has caused a huge loss of life and material damage in Albania.
Many apartment buildings have resulted inhabitable after inspections were made, and were surrounded by security tapes by the authorities.
The Minister of Interior, Sander Lleshaj, is inspecting the damaged homes. There are 173 homes that were damaged in Kurbin.
“We spent last night out in the open”, said one of the residents for Top Channel, saying that they want proper solutions, not just tents.
“This is a critical situation. We need to stay calm. We have offered services to our citizens and the tents were built, which are the only solution for now”, said the vice prefect of Kurbin.
