One woman died inside a bus that burst into flames in the Kruja city center. 12 others, mostly women, received severe burns.
Three of the injured are in critical conditions while six were sent to the Tirana University Hospital Center.
Police and witnesses say that the fire erupted from the motor of the bus, which had only one door behind it. Many were damaged due to the fire and the chaos, and one woman died.
The bus had 30 persons, mostly women and leaders of the Theodhori Orthodox Church in Vlore.
The bus was heading to Ulqin for a tourist trip, and they had planned a stop for a visit to Kruja.
