Fituesi i zgjedhjeve presidenciale ne Kroaci, kandidati social demokrat i opozites, Ivo Josipovic, ka premtuar se do te luftoje korrupsionin, dhe do te udheheqe vendin ne Bashkimin Evropian.
Sipas BBC, duke ju drejtuar perkrahesve te tij pas shpalljes se rezultateve te zgjedhjeve, Josipovic tha se te gjithe qytetaret kroate deshironin te jetonin ne nje vend ku puna shperblehej dhe krimi ndeshkohej.
Josipovic, kompozitor dhe akademik, fitoi pak me shume se gjashtedhjete perqind te votave ne raundin e dyte te zgjedhjeve kunder kryetarit te bashkise se Zagrebit, Milan Bandic.
