Serbian media produce “scandals” without anything actually happening

Serbian media try to produce scandals without anything actually taking place.

Much ado about nothing, and without any connection to football. On their first contact with Albania in Europa League, a match between Belgrade’s Partisan and Korca’s Skenderbeu, this Thursday, it didn’t take much for Serbian journalists, who are accompanying Partisan, to find bombastic titles for their articles.

“Scandal in the center of Tirana. Kosovo is Northern Albania, not part of Serbia”.

These graffiti on the walls of the Pyramid were enough for some Serbian reporters to create a first-page article for the media they represented.

Various articles on Kurier and Informer show pictures of Albanian police officers accompanying the delegation, but for Serbs this is getting armed to the teeth.

Fortunately, as regards players and the technical staff, references are mostly about football on field and the objective to win three points in Elbasan Arena.
