The Supervisory Council of the Energy Transmission Operator removed from
duty the technical administrator, Haki Mustafa, appointed after the
Socialists reached an agreement with the Democratic Party.
Mustafa’s duty was to not allow staff members become part of the electoral campaign. One day after the elections, his duty is completed. The Council decided to remove him and bring back the former administrator, Adrian Cela.
The agreement foresaw similar technical administrators in other institutions, such as the prison directory and the agency for legalizing new buildings.
It is still unknown what will happen with them, but their fate is closely related to the fate of technical ministers.
