Fatmir Xhafaj, chairman of the Special Commission for Justice Reform,
said this reform will successfully overthrow the corrupted system.

“Justice is a corrupted system today, without any trust from our citizens. When our parliamentary group started working, we had the conviction that the reform would overthrow this system. We are all witnesses that the process which brought constitutional amends this year has never been an easy political process, but it has always been built through the implementation of all-inclusiveness principles, of transparency and consulting with all actors”, Xhafaj said.

According to Xhafaj, the success of this process is related to the huge public pressure for changing the justice system in this country.

“An important role in this process have played the international partners and other contributors who gave a more completed dimension to this process”, Xhafaj declared.

He underlined that “vetting” is one of the most important laws of the justice reform, which shows that the SP wants the system to change completely.

“People are those who make the law humane and for serving to society. Our weakest point has always been the fact that laws are not implemented”, Xhafaj declared.

Bylykbashi: Our stance is that Rama should not capture justice

“This corrupted government and PM, or even Lulzim Basha tomorrow as PM, should not have the chance to capture justice”, Bylykbashi said.

Bylykbashi accused of not allowing the opposition to be part of the process, and said that their only request has been consensus for not allowing a capture of justice.
