The government approved today the contract between the National Agency
of Natural Resources and the “Energy Albanides” company for the
research, development and production of fuels in the “Block no.8”, which
includes the northeastern Albania.

The historic extract at the National Business Center shows that “Albanides Energy” has been registered in Albania in 2010, and has Mrs.Arta Danaj as legal representative. The society is owned by “Dinaric International Energy”, which, according to the “Bloomberg” agency, is an “offshore” company in the Virgin Islands, a country known as a fiscal paradise. There are no data on the shareholders and its board of directors.

The agreement given by the Albanian authorities for “Albanides Energy” has been transferred several times, since the negotiations with the Agency of Natural Resources, which started in 2014, before the government approved the final contract.

Reuters Reported in March of one year ago that Dinaric International Energy, owner of Albanides Energy, has sold for 90000 USD the rights that could be earned for the research, development and production of oil in the “Block 8” areas in Albania. They were sold to a Canadian company called “Columbus Copper”, quoted in the Toronto Stock Market. The Sale had as condition a license until June 2015, but if parties could agree, it could stay in act even if the deadlines were violated.

But the scheme doesn’t end here. “Columbus Copper” passed its shareholders to Energulf Resources. Part of the last agreement, as seen by the documents, are the rights for searching oil at Block no.8 in northern Albania.

The question that comes into mind is: “The government decision that licenses for the explotation of oil the “Albanides Energy”, “Dinaric International Energy”, “Columbus Copper” or “Endergulf Resources?”
