Albania needs to change, while both political camps should cooperate for
the constitutional amends.

“The consensus can be achieved only through dialogue”, Wollfarth declared, asking the political forces to make progresses in September.
Wollfarth made this declaration in Pogradec, a town that he was visiting today.
