Vucic: “Serbia wants compromise for Kosovo”

The President of Serbia, Alexandar Vucic, declared during an official visit in Bulgaria that Serbia’s objective for joining the EU within 2025 is very ambitious, and his country will do the best to fulfil the criteria.
However, he reminded the additional criteria that other countries don’t have, that of resolving the problems with Kosovo.
“We want to find a compromise, but success on this matter doesn’t depend only on us, because compromise requires a minimum of two parties, or even more”, the Serbian President declared.
“If someone thinks that the solution for Serbia is to lose everything so that someone else benefits everything, then we don’t think that we can find a solution. This is why we are looking for a compromise. We are grateful to President Radev, who wants to hear the ideas of Serbia, the problems and challenges we are facing”, Vucic added.
