USA bans former Prosecutor General Llalla for being involved in corruption

The US State Department has banned the former Albanian Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, from entering the USA.

The decision made public this Wednesday underlines that US State Secretary Tex Tillerson took this measure due to his involvement in corruption cases.

American laws foresee that when there is credible information that foreign officials are involved in major corruption cases, there are banned from entering the USA.

The law also foresees that the State Secretary has the right to approve sanctions for these individuals and their relatives publically or privately.

Besides Mr.Llalla, Secretary Tillerson has approved banning of Eni Llalla and another child that has no US citizenship.
