The leader of the Self-Determination Movement, Albin Kurti, and other members of his party leadership, such as Glauk Konjufca, met with the US Ambassador in Germany, Richard A. Grenell, and the US Ambassador to Kosovo, Philip S. Kosnett.
Grenfell congratulated the leaders of the Self-Determination Movement for winning the elections and said that he would like to hear their stances regarding a possible agreement with Serbia.
Before traveling to Belgrade, Grenlel underlined that the lack of a Kosovo-Serbia agreement is the main obstacle for foreign investments.
Kurti thanked the US Ambassador for their role in Kosovo and for supporting it in times of war and peace alike and expressed his readiness to deepen the cooperation with the USA.
He agreed with Ambassador Grenell that Kosovo needs economic development and more foreign investments, but, according to him, another problem for this is the corruption among high-level officials.
