The President o Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, criticized the government for not responding to the requests from USA and Europe to remove the 100% tax on Serbian goods.
“Personal whims of any leader shouldn’t affect our country’s interest and that of the USA for Kosovo”, Thaci said, adding that Kosovo’s historic success would be impossible without the help of other allies.
According to Thaci, the actions of the current institutions are seen with great concern by the US allies. The EU has also made requests for removing the ban, while Belgrade interrupted the dialogue with Kosovo.
