The outgoing Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, declared that Kosovo will not attend the Nobel ceremony in Stockholm this year.

He confirmed that the Kosovo Ambassador in Sweden is going to boycott this event since the Nobel prize was given to the controversial writer, Peter Handke, who has been an avid supporter of the policies followed by Balkan’s bloodiest war criminal, former Serbian president, Slobodan Milosevic.
