Skopje, parliament passed constitutional amends for changing name to Northern Macedonia

The Parliament of Macedonia passed the law that allows the country’s name to be changed to Northern Macedonia.

The Parliament passed the law with 80 votes in favor. The law received votes even from the VMRO in opposition.

This is the last obstacle that will make Greece lift its veto to Northern Macedonia’s accession to NATO and to the EU.
