Parallel leaders of Northern Kosovo communes asked the UN General
Secretary, Ban Ki Mun, to stop what they have called an illegal use of
force and military actions against civilians in Northern Kosovo.
RTK says that in the letter sent to the UN chief, the Serbs have expressed their concern for the continuing actions of Kosovo Police, KFOR and EULEX.
The letter was also sent to the leaders of other international institutions and organizations.
