The Serbian singer, Svetlana Razantovic, has entered illegally in the territory of Kosovo despite the appeals made by the Culture Minister, Kujtim Gashi.
The singer used to be the wife of the notorious Serbian paramilitary, Zheljko Razhnatobic, who killed many Albanians during the Kosovo War.
The Kosovo authorities banned the entrance of the Partizani basketball players and the vice director of the so-called Office for Kosovo.
