Serbian Secret Service plans attacks in Kosovo, possibly even “Panda” style

Journalists from Kosovo media RTK showed communication between a Serbian security agent and his family members in Kosovo.

He advises his relatives to stay at home during these days and avoid public places, such as cafes, because there could be another “Panda” attack.

The “Panda” case happened in Peja, 17 years ago. Six Serbian boys were killed in a café called “Panda”. Years later, the Serbian government admitted that the attack had been carried out by Serbian military, to use it as a pretext for attacking Kosovo Albanians.

On November 15th, 2018, the Office for Coordination at the Serbian Security held a meeting about Kosovo. Present in the meeting were also members of the Secret Service, the Military Secret Service, National Security and Foreign Ministry.

According to “Udheve” show, the person who warned his family is a Serbian official tasked to lead the activities in Kosovo. What makes it believable that this plan could be done, is that
