The Prosecution of Tirana is investigating the facts that were made public recently about the company that will out on the Unaza e Re project.
Journalists showed yesterday that the company had provided a fake document from the USA, which falsely claimed that they were formed in 1998.
The company is now being verified for power abuse, while the Agency for Territory Regulation has suspended the works.
