Pogradec holds “Balkan Film Festival”

The town of Pogradec is holding the “Balkanian Festival of Film and Culinary Art”, which has brought a special panorama to the Balkan filmography, with the specialities and problematic of  the respective countries.

According to Eno Milkani, one of the organizers, this festival has helped bringing a series of short movies, experimental documentaries and feature films, while the quality has been one of the selective criteria.

Esat Musliu, President of the Festival, has given a special evaluation for this achievement that combines cinematographic art with tradition.

A special enthusiasm had the presentation of the Iranian director, Pajam Madjlesi, who congratulated the festival and their organizers.

Five countries participate in this festival with almost 60 movies, which represent parts from the reality and the problematic of each Balkan country, offering the possibility to know a reality that is much more reachable for each of us in these countries.
