Parliament approves law on inspection

During a plenary session, in absence of the opposition deputies, the law was initially voted in principle, and then passed.

The Democratic Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration had no differences on the articles of this law.

Before the voting process, DP Deputy Edi Paloka presented the law and declared that it offers a service that fulfills the standards and is in full accordance with the legal structure.

“The draft law for inspection creates a legal base for all kinds of inspections. The Commission of Laws stated that the draft law is in full accordance with the Constitution, regarding administrative violations”, Paloka declared.
