Palmer in Kosovo: No integration without dialogue with Serbia

The Special Representative of the USA for Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer, asked Kosovo to take a serious commitment for dialogue and reach an agreement for normalizing the relations with Serbia.

Palmer had a question and answer session with students and civil society representatives in Prishtina.

He mentioned the recent elections in Kosovo, which brought the victory of the Self-Determination Movement, and said that the USa supports the orientation of the Kosovo voters for change.

Palmer encouraged the new Kosovo government to work on the dialogue with Serbia in order to reach an agreement and normalize the relations.
