In an interview for Top Channel, the analyst Skender Minxhozi commented
the report of OSCE/ODIHR for May 8th local elections, considering it as
the most critical report ever released by these institutions.
According to Minxhozi, the document gives a very clear message for the political parties in Albania.
“This report is much more critical than the preliminary ones, and the message was ‘don’t take us for stupids’. The report had a very detailed analyze of how the elections were performed. By analyzing the performance of the Central Election Commission and the Electoral College, the report considered both institutions as biased and favoring the government”, Minxhozi declared.
“What happened in Tirana has not been taken the minimal evaluations”, he added.
