Bernd Borchardt, the OSCE Ambassador to Tirana, responded to the interest of the media outlets about the decision taken by the President of Albania to repeal the date of the local elections.
Borchardt said that the decision is an internal matter and that it will be up to the local institutions to decide who is right about it.
When asked about the stance of the OSCE regarding the decision of President Meta, Borchardt reiterated that it is up to the Albanian institutions to find a solution to this internal matter.
