Ralf Gjoni, one of the MPs of the Socialist Movement for Integration, who will soon receive the mandate as MP, said for Top Channel that he took this decision, one of the most difficult ones in his career, after intensive consultations with friends and colleagues, from inside and outside the country, with the purpose to be on the right side of history.
“I have decided to serve to the country’s Euro-Atlantic agenda”, Gjoni said, adding that his name and his integrity will never be used for destabilizing the country.
Gjoni handed over the decriminalization files today, showing that he is willing to accept the parliamentary seat, despite the orders of his party’s leader, Monika Kryemadhi, to renounce every mandate.
