The Kosovo Foreign Ministry declared that the Chairman of the Office for Kosovo at the Serbian Government has not been allowed to enter the country, since his request was not according to the Brussels agreement.
Gjuric had declared for Serbian media that he would have been present in Kosovo for the local elections.
Gjuric was arrested last March by the Kosovo Police for ignoring the order issued by the government.
