The Ombudsman has proposed an investigation of the police officers in Dibra.
According to the Ombudsman, some of the citizens who were arrested during the clashes with the police, had requested to see a doctor, but they were ignored.
The Ombudsman recommends that the police officer should be investigated for power abuse.
