The Ombudsman asked for investigations in all new bridges that were
destroyed during the past rains. According to him, the rain started due
to corruption and not the weather.
The Ombudsman gave this declaration while watching closely the Broshka bridge, Peqin Municipality, which was destroyed last week by the Shkumbin floods, leaving more than 5000 people isolated.
The Ombudsman said that the lack of funds is a justification and that human rights are being violated has thousands of residents are unable to communicate with the rest of the country, and their children are not going to school.
