The government has suspended property titles for lands given through the 8053 law of 1995, which provides that land distribution without compensation for former agricultural enterprises should be done only by the seaside.
The map published by the government shows all valuable lands from Buna to the Stille Cape, close to the border with Greece.
The decision includes properties in Divjaka, Shengjin, Narta, Velipoja, Porto-Palermo, Gjiri I Lalzit, Ksamil, etc. Practically the most coveted lands in Albania.
