Kosovo President meets Albanian PM in Tirana

The president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, met with the Albanian Prime Minister today, Edi Rama.

Thaci said that they discussed further cooperation for promoting the interests of the Albanian people.

“During my visit in Tirana, I met with the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama. We discussed further cooperation and coordination for the next international developments, in order to protect and promote the interests of the Albanian citizens”, Thaci wrote.

Thaci is visiting Tirana as part of the conference “Religion as a peace instrument”, organized by the President of Albania, Ilir Meta, in cooperation with the US State Department in Tirana.
