Driton Kuka, her judo trainer, says that his dream was broken because of political reasons in the past.
“All the Kosovo fighters left the former Yugoslavia team, and I did it because of the oppressive policy against our people. After the war, we trained young children, and after 15 years we can compete with fighters from France, Japan, and Brazil, who have thousands of sportsmen”, Kuka said.
