The new Bulqize Mayor, who has taken the role of the negotiator for ending the miners’ hunger strike and for the fulfillment of their
demands, invited the mineworkers to participate in a meeting
organized by the chrome Company in Peshkopia.
Non official sources say that the ACR Company has accepted in principle the miners’ demands.
The head of the Municipality, Roland Keta, invited the miners to participate in the meeting and end the situation that has not made any progress for 18 days.
13 miners are continuing a hunger strike inside the galleries, until their requests will be met.
