Although it is forbidden for companies to take inert materials near the
water sources, in the Elbasan district this law is not implemented.
The camera of Top Channel has noticed infringement in the Devoll River and Papër Sallak. The companies continue uninterrupted to use the inert materials, causing a real natural massacre.
Taking inert materials without criteria puts the life of the locals in danger, who have to pass through the river to go into the city. The holes are dangerous and it is impossible to overpass them.
