US Ambassador in Tirana Yuri Kim said today in a statement that the US has pledged $ 100m to help friends like Albania and others, in the fight the COVID-19 epidemic.
“This is based on the broader assistance to countries in capacity building and infrastructure strengthening. We will overcome this together, as always. We are still with Albania!”, it is further stated in the statement of Yuri Kim.
Prime Minister Rama said earlier in a statement that Albania will be alone in this war as other countries are in a critical situation in the war against the new deadly coronavirus.
