The investigation of the US magazine, “Mother Jones”, showed last year how the Democratic Party of Albania had paid 675.000 USD through the Stonington Strategies company, owned by lobbyist Nick Muzin. The magazine raised the question whether there were Russian businessmen behind the “Biniatta Trade LP Company”, based in Scotland, and through which some of the payments were made.

This case opened three parallel investigations: in the USA, Scotland and Albania, which are still undergoing.

The investigations in Scotland revealed that there are other Russian citizens involved with the Biniatta Trade LP. So far, we know that this company has paid 150.000 USD for the “Stonington Strategies”, for a lobbying service given to the Democratic Party of Albania.

Biniatta Trade LP is registered in Edinburgh, Scotland, and it is owned by a chain of companies registered in Belize, a Central Americn country known as a fiscal paradise. “Biniatta Tarde LP” is the result of a partnership between two companies, “Asverro Corp” and “Liminez Commerce”.

According to Mother Jones, 75% of the shares of these companies are owned by the Russian citizens, Evgeny Sheremetyev and Kostantin Ferulev.

Top Channel’s journalist, Muhamed Veliu, brought exclusive details of the intensive investigation made in Scotland, where the true owners of Biniatta Trade LP have been revealed: Victoria Valkovskaya and Natasha Radysheva, both Russian citizens.

A simple search on Google, Facebook and LinkedIN, showed that Valkovskaya lives in the Seychelles, a country known as a fiscal paradise. Radysheva lives in Belize, another fiscal paradise in Central America.

The investigation in Scotland has revealed other information as well. While Victoria Valkovskaya and Natasha Radysheva are owners of “Biniatta Trade LP”, the administrators of the companies that make “Biniatta Trade LP” are Molli Roselie, originating from the Czech Republic; and Gina Esparon, from the Seychelles.

Evgeny Sheremetyev, Kostantin Ferulev, Victoria Valkovskaya and Natasha Radysheva have a passive role, while Gina Esparon, as can be seen by the documents, is the person who puts the signature on behalf of “Biniatta Trade LP” for every financial transaction, such as the payment made to “Stonington Strategies”, owned by lobbyist Nick Muzin.

Gina Esparon also uses the name Gina Sandra Kilindo. This name was used for the first time in the documents of the offshore companies that were revealed by the Panama Papers scandal. Gina Sandra Kilindo is the co-owner of the “Euroimpex Group Corp”, and the biggest recipient of this company is the Russian citizen, Mikhail Slipenchuk.

Slipenchuk has been the Vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Natural Resources and Ecology at the Russian Parliament, elected by President Putin’s “United Russia” party, from 2011 to 2016. Mikhail Slipenchuk is considered to be Russia’s richest politician.

There is another link between Gina Sandra Kilindo, who signs for “Biniatta Trade LP”, and the two Russian citizens, Victoria Valkovskaya and Natasha Radysheva. Gina Sandra Kilindo owns 75% of the “Alpha Consulting Group Limited”, while Victoria Valkovskaya and Natasha Radysheva also work for this company.
